We visit site (or work from your drawings), talk through how you want the space to work and provide a free, no-obligation quote with a realistic programme.
We agree the specification, order materials and plan the sequence of trades, so the work runs smoothly and disruption to your business is kept to a minimum.
Existing finishes are removed where needed, then partitions, ceilings and services are first-fixed ready for the finishing trades.
Boarding, decoration, flooring, lighting, joinery and fittings are completed to the agreed specification, with quality checked as each stage is finished.
We walk the finished space with you, resolve any snags and hand over a clean space that is ready to use.

A Cat A fit out takes a bare shell to a basic, usable standard, with ceilings, lighting, power, heating and ventilation and finished walls, but nothing specific to one tenant. A Cat B fit out then tailors the space to the occupier, with partitions and meeting rooms, kitchens and breakout areas, flooring, furniture and branding.
Anything inside the building shell: strip-out, partitions and ceilings, electrical, plumbing and HVAC, flooring, decoration, washrooms, kitchens and joinery. We tailor the scope to your space and budget, and can take on a full project or a single package of works.
Dilapidations are the repairs and reinstatement works a tenant usually has to complete at the end of a commercial lease, returning the space to the condition set out in the lease. We carry out the strip-out, repairs, redecoration and making good so you can hand the property back with confidence.
It depends on the size and complexity of the space. A small office refurbishment may take a couple of weeks, while a larger Cat A or Cat B fit out can run for several weeks or more. We will give you a realistic programme as part of your free quote.
